What’s the thickness and tanning of the leather you’re using for your products?
Were all the cuts done by the Glowforge? If so what were your settings on the laser; speed and precision power? More than #1 of passes?

Hi, thanks! I believe it’s 5-6oz horween Dublin. All of the cuts & holes are made with the GF. I believe the settings are ~140 speed, 100% power & 1 pass.
The edges were sanded, painted & burnished with saddle soap & beeswax & with friction from a cocobolo wood wheel mounted to a bench grinder.
