Friend sent me design and some leather, so I gave it a go cutting/engraving.
Not cleaned up, just photo’d as it came off (I used masking tape to cover) and sent photo.
Needs some work on text and text being too close to lines

I love lasering with leather. Practice on a slightly damp veg tan leather.
Try casing your leather before engraving. Lots of YouTube videos about casing leather.
