If you have verified that there is no debris in the dimples that the crumb tray fits into, then it looks like one of the internal mirrors was knocked out of alignment during shipping. If so, it’s not something you can fix and will likely mean your machine will have to be replaced. I’m sure you have communicated directly with Glowforge (they no longer create trouble tickets from forum postings).
