I just now unpacked my new glowforge. Set it up. And ran my first print. Its losing energy on the right side and barely marking it
This is the result. The machine. Tray. And material is all level and flat.
If you have verified that there is no debris in the dimples that the crumb tray fits into, then it looks like one of the internal mirrors was knocked out of alignment during shipping. If so, it’s not something you can fix and will likely mean your machine will have to be replaced. I’m sure you have communicated directly with Glowforge (they no longer create trouble tickets from forum postings).
