Hello, Im looking for some idea of a direction for fixing. I try and print and all moves nicely and when I push the button on the Glowforge and it glows orange and then orange light goes off and unable to print. I have disassembled and cleaning everything twice. I then even got a brand new air assist fan and replaced it. Tried to print something and same issue again. Any thoughts? Thank you.
Contact support (they don’t participate here) and they can check the logs. Sounds like a hardware issue that may require the machine to be replaced.
