Flat-pack Christmas tree

Haha! That sound is exactly what my baby makes when he goes into what I call “Flopsie Mopsie Mode.” After he’s eaten a big meal and is pretty much dead alseep, he’ll pop off with his lips still pooched out and eyes closed tight, and wave his little hands around while making a sound like disgruntled cartoon mouse. Then he’ll lay super still, asleep, in some comical position, like with one hand flopped over his nose and the other one behind an ear, for a few seconds, and then do it all over again two or three times until he’s flopped his hands into whatever he decides is a comfortable configuration. It’s the cutest thing EVAR.

This is neat! I wonder how different colors of acrylic would look. I wouldn’t have guessed you used a straw - the beautiful acrylic branches and the twinkly music stole my attention.

Imagine if the music box played Silent Night or Do You Hear What I Hear? :joy:

From this day forward, any Christmas tree that doesn’t fast is going to be a stunning disappointment to me.
