How do I keep my downloaded art from the dashboard?
Can I set up a folder to keep the art I have already downloaded to use later
Welcome to the forum.
If you have the Premium subscription, you can export your designs. If you have downloaded catalog files, you cannot export them. Without the premium subscription, your files reside on the Dashboard for 30 days after they have been opened. Files unopened for 30 days are removed. This information is from my rather poor memory, and someone may come along and correct me.

The only folders available to us are the smart folders

However, they will not be subject to the thirty-day removal rule either. They will stay on your dashboard as long as you are there.
