So the Glowforge is not a 3D printer, but I know quite a few members of the GF comunity have access to 3D printers and besides you can turn these into depth maps to make bas-relief 3D engravings with our handy-dandy forges.

That’s incredibly cool. So much of cultural and historical significance is lost due to hooligans and miscreants (e.g. Taliban, Iraq, etc). I think a art/culture version of the seed repository is called for. This is a nice first step.
