Apparently a known bug…but both of my Rulers now have no layers/data. (Yeah, I’ve been deleting things to clear the bed between designs. :P)
Any update on when the “refresh design” button will be added to the freebies?

Instead of deleting things, just start a new project. Click Home and then use the Upload button to start a new project. You will have to wait for Support to get your files put back.

Thank you for letting us know. I’ve sent another copy of these designs to your account. Would you please let me know if you’re still experiencing trouble when you open them?
