How come the. free desings in premium dont contain all the parts. needed to complete the desingn? I have tried to make a. couple and it is missing alot of design. elements in order to make. why ?
They are on multiple pages, which don’t necessarily show up alongside the first.

As @eflyguy stated, the files are often separated into multiple files. For example, an item that has acrylic and wood parts will be two files - one named with the wood and the other with acrylic. They don’t appear side by side in the user’s dashboard. Search your dashboard with the name of the file and all of the files should appear. Below is an example

What ^they said. If they get separated, do a design search using the name i.e. Shoji and it will show you all the different files together.
