I did not want to send the links intact in case they are malicious.
But my question is are there some good sites out there that have 3D puzzles etc.
Thigiverse is a no go for this type of stuff.

That’s because those sites are posting designs stolen from other sites/the actual designers, and being hosted in countries where they don’t care about copyright. Most likely for ad revenue or malware. Many designs created by members here are illegally posted on the first site you list.
Thingiverse does not allow sharing of copyrighted designs.
