The glass part of the lid has come out of the metal hinge on the left side. I just got the glowforge yesterday, lifted the lid maybe three times. This might be an easy fix, but I don’t want to do anything until I find out what happened. And no, I didn’t forcibly yank the door open.
That’s happened to a few new units. Support will probably have to replace it. They’ll chime in we they see your post.
