Anyone else just a little bit fed up of a pro not working at their busiest time?! Times like these I wish you had a EU or UK based office! It’s fair to say I’m pretty frustrated right now. I know the team are working on my issue but it’ll be the 3rd unit I’ve had since march this year. First unit didn’t work. Second unit fine until now (still don’t know what the issue is/think it’s the internal thermometer) and now I’ve been told I’m getting a refurbished unit. Will this last past my warranty?!

You’ve opened another support ticket by posting in this section. If you were just wanting to vent, posting in Everything Else would be more appropriate, since duplicate tickets just slow things down even more.
