I just received my Proofgrade material. Your fullfillment company had the Correct name, City, State and zip BUT the wrong street, a street address I have no idea where it came up. Luckily, UPS corrected the street and delivered a day late.
They did the same with mine with the exception that I paid in UPS Mychoice to fix it and Glowforge put the $5 for the change to my account. Not sure what is going on at the proofgrade factory though.
Same here — except UPS won’t tell me where it’s going, just that the package has been “redirected”.
…so I don’t know if it’s heading to the wrong place, or the right place, and UPS refuses to tell me anything saying only the shipper can do anything. Nifty!
