Just so you and @deirdrebeth don’t worry that I will stupidly fall on my bowl and stab myself, always intended to create a base that held the bowl so the points would be covered. Lol

When I was in Jr high shop we made swan candy dishes in forms the teacher had about. The acrylic was heated to 300Fand we wore gloves to hold it into the form and then did the neck and head by hand holding it till it held itself, no heat guns.

These might be handy that did not exist then…

Yeah, I just ordered some. I used tongs for this but I have a feeling I need to be more hands on for the ones I want to do.
