My glowforge basic has been in offline status for a couple of days. I have tried to reset the wifi, tried to reset the network and nothing seems to help. when i turn on the machine, the light stays a solid teal color. any help would be greatly appreciated. trying to get the free puzzle for my grandchildren
Teal is the wifi setup color…maybe the button got held down too long and triggered a new setup. Have you tried repeating that process? On your computer, go to the wifi settings and look for the Glowforge connection, just like you did when you first set it up.
