Yeah… I had to take a deep breathe. Bit of Anxiety there for a second… I’m sure they will fix the bugs!

I’m sorry you ran into trouble. We were experiencing a system outage at the time of your report and I believe this caused the issues you were seeing. We’ve resolved the cause of the outage and you should be good to go now. If you’re using the App, you may need to refresh your browser.

mine is still offline after refreshing, restarting, etc.

I am trying to complete setup on a brand new Glowforge. I get an error “too many redirects” when trying to logon or go to the setup.glowforge.com site. I have cleared the browser history and cookies and tried several different machines and browsers with no luck. Please advise.
