GF goes through the motions but won’t print!
A LOT more information will be needed by Support. What time, file type, did you try other files? Print the gift of good measure on draft board, etc.
Disregard if you’ve already emailed them, but if not, you’ll want to post your issue in Problems and Support. That will open a support ticket and get the attention of @staff. (Don’t do that AND email, though, because then you have dual tickets and it slows things down.)
We users are happy to try to help too, but we’ll need more information. @staff have all the good data for seeing what’s really going on, but they’ll need to know more, too.
