I’m stuck on “calculating precision movement” !!
I’m trying just to draw a line, nothing complex.
I have :
– Restarted my Glowforge
– Restarted my computer
– Restarted my wifi
– Used another browser
What can I do? Please help!

Multiple people are reporting the same issue in the Glowforge Discord chat as well. This seems to be on their end, not a machine issue.

Hi everyone. I’ve sent a message to our Support team since I noticed fellow owners experiencing issues with prints getting stuck processing in the Glowforge App I’ve been checking our status.glowforge.com page to keep aware of any outages posted. So far it’s still showing the Glowforge App as operational, but it could be good to bookmark that link for easy reference.
Also, if you have not already done so, feel free to submit a Support ticket through the webform at Submit a request – Glowforge, or by email to support@glowforge.com. That will help with tracking any trouble and help us follow up with everyone affected.

I saw some updates from fellow owners mentioning they were able to run prints now. I’ve also been able to run some prints without issue. It looks like it may be intermittent, so it could help to try refreshing the Glowforge App and try the print again if you had trouble earlier this evening.

yes. I was able to print 3 times then it stopped. Same thing. yesterday
I hope they will fix this server problem very soon. I have a big project, and I’m going to be very late if it keeps not working. :’(

Same issue. I don’t have time for this nonsense. Glowforge should allow for local printing and not just depending on the cloud. Completely unnecessary.

Still Broken.. Really wish they just provided a plugin for LightBurn that allowed it to work offline directly to the unit..

Yeah I’m leaving town in the morning and need to print out some business merch. This is literally costing me money.

Intermittent today.. Was down earlier but appears up now.
Since the launch people have been asking Glowforge for offline support. It would be incredibly good if they just created a plugin for Lightburn.. I’d wager that most people would pay $40-$60 for it to fund development.
