Just received my Glowforge. After unboxing and setting it up I went online to start the online setup procedure.
I can connect the GF wifi to my laptop via the internal wifi router, click my wifi network type password and hit enter. The next screen says error cannot connect to wifi. I tried this several times.
I went out and bought a brand new wifi router figuring mine was old. It still will not connect. The router is right next to the GF. No difference using my iPhone to connect it, and yes I had in in airplane mode with the wifi.
Im honestly super frustrated with this company to begin with and now I can’t even use my machine, don’t know what to do here.
Im hoping someone here will have some insight.
Also it would be great if support could email me back sooner than 24 hours.
