For the past month, I have not been able to use my GF Pro FULL bed for cutting and engraving. You will see in photo 02 that there is a blurred area way smaller than the GF Pro’s actual bed area. I can not, for the life of me, figure out how to get this back to full bed. Has anyone else had this challenge and is there a fix? I also changed to pro pass-through, and it still has the constraint. So if I go outside the green box (I drew that) it will not cut or engrave. REALLY APPRECIATE ant guideance. Support has not replied in over a week.

Your speed matters. The higher you go the wider your margins get. Slow down your engrave and you’ll be able to use more area.

As @evansd2 said, your engrave speed is way too high. That’s the workable space you get for the head to move back and forth that quickly.

So, is it the same for CUT only as it’s happening with cuts only too?

In my experience I don’t notice it as much with cuts, but I haven’t tried to quantify it.
