This is the 4th day of using my GF, it is stuck continuously counting down. Will not calibrate, refresh or really do anything besides count down from 48 minutes and then continues to go back to 48 and count down again. I assumed it was cooling down…But negative…
Uh no, that is not the normal behavior.
There are a series of checks that you can run through while you wait to hear from Support about it. It might be a loose connection or cable. The checks are listed here:

YES! I ended up just closing everything down. Unplugged. Then I set my GF up like it was brand new again. and…VOILA! it worked!! Thank you for the quick response and suggestions. I truly appreciate the response. Cheers!
