For two days I can’t cut. The screen Is stuck on “rendering your design”. I have used two different WiFi’s, two different devices. If it does open, after hours, the screen is stuck.
Any advice?
have you cleared your browser’s cache? that has helped me!
If rendering takes more than a few minutes then it is stuck. Close your browser on all computers/phones. Clear the cache, and then load a known good design (Gift of Good Measure for example). Once it loads successfully, you can try your file again. If it sticks again then likely there is an issue with your file.
