I know this will sound dumb, but make sure you also have the Basswood ply selected for burch and slow it to 145 for cut speed. This works for 98% of my cuts.

The two windows to the side of the lens hole on the bottom of the printer head were gunked up. I must have missed them when cleaning the night before. After going through and doing another thorough cleaning I saw that they had more than what should have only one days worth of build up on them. I cleaned it off and it cuts like new. Thanks for all the help everyone. You saved Christmas!
