You still have yet to cut the Gift of Good Measure. Do you not understand that it’s a specific file? Do you not see it in your dashboard? Is there some other issue?
A staff member will get here, but that’s the first thing they’re going to ask and then they’re going to go to the next person on the list. You will speed up their response by printing that specific file on PG material and posting the time you did so and photos of the front and the back.
Aside from a bit of attitude in your first several sentences, there is no issue that I can see. 
I’ve had a few other things I’ve been busy with but I will be printing it and sharing it shortly, so thank you so very much for your reminder. 
So here is the the GGM printed on PG Medium Maple Plywood - just ran it about 5 minutes ago. For the first one, I used the default settings, and as you can see, it didn’t cut through at all. For the second one, I used an MDF Slow Cut at 2x passes, and it cut through.
For Glowforge staff members - I am open to suggestions of what else I can do to troubleshoot this, but for every single cut I’ve run in the last 3 days, virtually nothing cuts through at default PG settings. I’ve had to use MDF Slow Cut with either 1x or 2x for passes. Thanks in advance! 
I also took as close a photo as possible of the GGM, and looks like the scoring also looks incomplete.
