Ghosted on shipping date

No email saying it would be late nothing at all was patiant with everything now the date has passed this issue needs to be pressed whats going on with my order glowforge?

Unless you’ve already emailed directly, you need to post in Problems and Support to get a response from GF customer service.


except when you do because spam filters are eating their replies.


Iv checked spam nothing in there.

my impression(which may be wrong) that often it’s not an individual’s spam folder so much as blocked before it reaches any mailbox.
