So my glowforge is kind of messed up right now, I tried to make something that I know prints correctly and turned to the gift of good measure. It turns out I somehow overwrote the file with a logo for the Seattle Mariners. Is there a way to get that file back?

Select everything in the file. Delete. Hit the … button on the upper menu and click reset design.

Is your material flat or being held down?
Are your lenses and mirrors clean?
Are you using a custom material, and entered its measured thickness into the GFUI?
