Any tips on how to ‘transfer’ the machine to someone else?
I want them to have full access and want to make sure I do it right.
Any tips?
First you’re going to need to add them as a user on your machine and have them accept, and then send an email to support@glowforge.com letting them know you’re giving the machine to someone else, and provide them with the username.
They’ll respond back if they need any further info. It might take a day or so to hear back. You also have the option of calling over the phone, but I’m not 100% sure they can do the transfer if its not in writing.
