Glass/Hinge Issue

Looks like I’m having the same issue others have posted with the adhesive failing.

Luckily still under warranty, but I’m hoping they’ve come up with a solution that doesn’t involve shipping it back.

AFAIK they haven’t - but there is a very in-depth instruction from someone who was out of warranty who fixed theirs successfully so it’s doable but better to get a factory repair


Unfortunately, it looks like your unit is experiencing an issue that we can’t resolve remotely. I want you to have a reliable unit, so I’m recommending we replace this one. I just followed up via email to sort out the details, so I am going to close this thread. I’m so sorry about the bad news.
