Glowforge App is incredibly slow and times out

The last two days the Glowforge App has been incredibly slow for me. I’ve cleared out cache, did restarts, and so on, but it just hasn’t reached same speed for some time. Internet speed is not an issue.
Is there preferred browser to open in?

Yes, Chrome seems to work best.

But there was a slowdown that was software or outage related yesterday and the day before…that should be resolved now. If you keep seeing it report on it here so support can take a look.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing slowness when using the Glowforge App. Our team has identified an issue that affected some customers starting early on Thursday, 9/24 which may have caused slow response times when using Glowforge Print. We’ve implemented a fix that should take care of that issue for you. Could you please try running through the print process again, and let me know how it goes?

As @Jules mentioned, Google Chrome is a great browser to use. Thank you!
