Having the same issues. Really need to get these cuts done… By far the biggest flaw of a service based cutting program.

It’s a Google outage.
Entertainingly, I am attending a Google Cloud training event with a few hundred people who just got seated and… well. We might not be doing any hands-on labs.

Same here. Frustrating. I need to finish some products for my customers that were supposed to ship today. I like Glowforge, but there needs to be some way to directly connect even if it’s a complicated rarely used option connected with a cable. Cloud-based, web app with wireless connectivity is nice until it doesn’t work. There needs to be a workaround in my opinion. Otherwise this is just a hobby laser and not suitable for anyone who needs to do actual production and meet deadlines… And maybe it is only meant for hobby use. I need to start my research for a laser meant for production environment. (open to suggestions 
)

Looks like just about every site on the front page of Down Detector spiked at about the same time. Corroborates the theory that it is Google and not Glowforge who need to address the outage. The good news is they are hemorrhaging money during the outage and will have a strong incentive to fix it quickly.

Etsy reports apparently use it to as I cannot print anyone’s packing slip.

Yup, can’t print my packing slips on Etsy. That’s when I realized it wasn’t a Glowforge problem.

I checked Down Detector also. Google Cloud is having issues. UPS & USPS both were down too.
