My glowforge is making a loud noise when turning on & arm is derailing. i havent used the machine in weeks and i turned it on and im having this issue ! i think i may be the bottom wheel on the left the small pin keeps popping out and i do not know how to fix this. please help ! i added a video for reference. and a picture of the pin im referring to.
The first thing I would do is check along the rail for any pieces of material along the rail. Sometimes they fall there without being noticed. Then turn the machine off, push the arm all the way back to the back of the machine. Then turn it back on. Then try again and see if that resolves the problem.
