Hello, has anyone experienced having issues with printing. Print is ready and button lights up yet when it is pressed the machine does not start. need assistance.

The obvious first step if you have not tried it is to “power cycle” the machine. At its core, it is a computer after all.
If that doesn’t do it I’d suggest contacting support.

Yes, it’s been seen a couple of times before. If a power cycle doesn’t fix it, then it’s most likely the switch has failed.
The button is slowly blinking, right? That means everything else is good…
