Glowforge centering/focusing stuck

My GF is stuck on centering and or focusing.

I have followed each step provided I have seen in the forum.

Clean lenses and mirrors.
Check cables are seated properly. 
Wifi/router off, glowforge on, wifi/router on.
Moved machine very close to router

None of the provided options is working. Please advise.

I’ve done the hot spot and that did lot work either.

The laser head gantry does not move on start up either. It’s been sitting on scanning for two hours now.

I’ve done the move it to center - nothing
I’ve done move it to the front - nothing.

It makes all the right noises but the laser gantry doesn’t move not matter it’s location
