Glowforge classes on Creativebug.com

I attended PLA in Nashville TN last week. That is the Public Library Associations National conference. I was hoping Glowforge would be there since so many Libraries are starting Maker Spaces, and I have even suggested it to @dan and @bailey. I did not think it would be this year but hoped maybe next year. SO… when I heard there was this cool laser cutter at one of the vendors I had to check it out. Creative Bug is a craft how to site owned by Jo Ann Fabrics. My library and many around the country offer the Creative Bug website classes free with a library card. Sure enough the cool laser cutter was Glowforge!!! Lauren told me that they have filmed 16 tutorials and have 3 of them up now. They also plan to sell not only machines but also supply’s soon.! So go see if your library has Creative Bug!
