Question…I am having an issue with my glowforge dashboard.
When I initially got my glowforge. I didn’t have to purchase any subscription to have access to the dashboard artwork and text creation.
After purchasing and testing out the premium subscription…I can no longer create anything on the dashboard. Is this normal …anyone else have this problem. It seems like such an inconvenient catch…
I emailed support…its seems unclear/ unrealistic. I hate that there is no conatct # support
I hope I am not the only one
