Don’t they have a chat function somewhere? Not sure if it’s on Facebook or the website, or what the hours are.
I’ve never seen it, but it would be nice if they did!
Given it’s after hours, you might stand a better chance of getting advice from users in the forum.
Unfortunately this isn’t something a user would be able to help with. I wish it was!
