the screen is white where the laser bed should show, it’s stuck on “select material”, it doesn’t show any options to create a new design. Help please

Welcome to the community. I suggest you close your browser and reopen…see if that works. What browser are you using? Have you been successful in printing something before? Perhaps try a different browser.

Yep, I’ve already switched browsers, plugged out the glowforge, on and off, restarted the wifi, etc. I’ve been using my glowforge for a few years now and it’s the first time this happens.

If you pick a material you might solve your problem. I have had it happen when I have not got around to picking the material.
