Please help me - the lid of my glowforge is coming apart from the hinge.
That sounds like a warrenty issue. Maybe email support?
It is my understanding that by posting here, a support ticket is automatically generated. Emailing them will create a SECOND ticket, and sometimes actually slows down the process of addressing the issue.
Yeah, that’s right, but what you can do to speed up the resolution is post some photos of the problem areas here so they can see them now, and don’t have to make you take them and post them later.
