I’ll keep it short and sweet, UK, Wales, Glowforge lazer and materials got delivered when new about 3 years ago, gone to order 2 sheets of Maple Plywood and 2 small pieces of acrylic, address is the same but before checkout it keeps saying that the order cannot be shipped to the selected address, have changed the address to another one! It’s not rural, cannot seem to find a solution! Anyone else had this issue? Something I’m missing? Thank you

It’s possible they simply no longer sell directly to the UK. Shipping costs have continued to skyrocket.
Suggest you contact support (they don’t participate here).
There are many alternate suppliers of materials around the globe which would likely be more economical.

Thank you the reply, that clears it all up, no problem! Just loved the fact of hassle free of the barcode and machines adjusts automatically! Anyone on here recommend a uk company that supplies materials?

To be clear - just saying it’s possible they ceased shipments, not that it’s happened. The labeled materials are more of a hassle than a benefit for me, as the label interferes with engraving. So I have to flip them face-down anyway.

Ah ok I understand you! Thank you! I have messaged the online support but still no reply, I’ll give them a few more days for them to get through! They probably have quite a few questions everyday

It’s been stated here that the only reliable way to reach them is via phone. International calls can be made via a web app (i.e. webbphone) for pennies per minute.
