I started getting this message a couple of hours ago, got it to go away to run one item no issues. Now trying to start a second item and this message won’t go away. I have restarted, checked WiFi, closed browsers still happening.

I am having the same issue today. Also after I press the button to start cutting a project it immediately stops working and I also get an unexpected error message there too. I’ve tried cleaning it, unplugging it, clearing my browsing data, using a different browser, all the things.
Did you follow the only suggested step, to contact support@glowforge.com ?
What did they advise?
I did but they have not gotten back to me yet with a solution.
The system will respond immediately with an automated acknowledgement, and support will respond within a very short time once they’ve reviewed it. No matter the “stated” response time, I’ve never had it be more than a few hours. So I suggest you check your junk mail folder.
