One time, fed ex misplaced our chair. Like, an extra wide armchair. They knew it was in their facility, but they couldnt find it. The company that made it for us very kindly sent a replacement. And then fed ex found our first one.
I just imagine their facilities look like my sock drawer or something.
Don’t know whether to laugh or cry.

Just got an email from support that they are going to send me a new GF as soon as possible.
Let’s hope that is today!
Good turn around time on the response, less than an hour from my email to support.
We can’t wait for you to get your Glowforge!
