Hello there, really disappointed. Bought my Glowforge PRO, I order and paid for the expedited shipping which was not met, the printer arrived late and the second box on the next day. Email support and they gave a refund. But today when opening the box found a big crack. I have seen there are other people with similar problems, not sure if there is a shipping issue, box protection, or just assembled. hope to get a response back from support and getting a NEW printer as soon as possible.

Rotten luck…we haven’t seen shipping damaged units in a while. Looks like it got dropped along the way.

Oh no! I’m so sorry your Glowforge arrived in that condition. We’re here to make this right. I’ve just followed up to your email with next steps. Since we’re working on it there, I’m closing this thread.
