Glowforge PRO Arrived with a big crack

Hello there, really disappointed. Bought my Glowforge PRO, I order and paid for the expedited shipping which was not met, the printer arrived late and the second box on the next day. Email support and they gave a refund. But today when opening the box found a big crack. I have seen there are other people with similar problems, not sure if there is a shipping issue, box protection, or just assembled. hope to get a response back from support and getting a NEW printer as soon as possible.

Rotten luck…we haven’t seen shipping damaged units in a while. Looks like it got dropped along the way. :slightly_frowning_face:
