Selling my Glowforge Pro - I’ve had it for a year after buying from my friend as her business folded - she brought it new and only ever - like me - did some small projects on Palo Santo sticks and Market signs - it certainly doesn’t have heavy use. I wish I loved it more but its just not my vibe and I think it deserves a better home.
It works great and is set up so if you’re interested you can see it in action. Asking $2000 for it - I have some test materials I’ll throw in.
It helps to tell the actual age of the machine (like when did your friend get it) more than how light it was used. The tubes have a limited lifespan, even if they aren’t used. Also, you should indicate if there is any warranty left (though it doesn’t sound like there would be on one that has been through 2 owners already).
Thanks for the tips! Re the tubes this is the forum that discusses tube life Life expectancy of the Glowforge tube . The machine that is for sale is 3 years old with very little use. No warranty remaining.
