Maybe someone can help me!, I was cutting a file and suddenly in the middle of the cut there was a spark and then the GF wont turn on. I’ve tried everything I’ve read on the forums, and nothing works. HELP…
That doesn’t sound like something you want to mess with. A staff member will get here soon (they answer within 24 hours) and help. For right now I’d suggest unplugging your machine and doing something else until you hear from a staff member.

That spark was the spirit of the electronic components unwinding their mortal coil and joining the choir eternal.
Your machine is busted and there is nothing you can do to unbust it. It requires repair.

Dig out your box and packing materials and get it ready to mail in for repair.
