I just received my GF Pro in the mail today and am super excited. Once I opened up the box I discovered the handle to the glass lid is completely disconnected and literally hanging by wires. How do I go about fixing this?

You should contact support. I am sure they will want to get you a working, intact machine.

If your machine was old we’d give advice for attempting a repair, but brand new you should have a good machine to start with. Let them do a warranty replacement.
