Help! I have a lot of orders but my glowforge pro will not cut thru the material. New laser lens, all other lens are clean, crumb tray flat. I’ve had it for 2 years. Just got worse today.
It is completly up to you but the quickest way to get to a resolution would probably be to print the Gift of Good measure and post the results. That print will tell GF support a lot about how your machine is doing.
Keep in mind that the tube is rated for 2 years:
I am not saying that this will be the case (without the gift print it is hard to say) but it could be possible that you will have to get its tube replaced.
