Hey! Unfortunately my glowforge stopped cutting (but still ran) during a catalog print.
After restarting my machine (and computer), cleaning mirrors and lenses, the machine will not cut anymore.
The tube also does not light up anymore and the job runs as if nothing is wrong…
What should I do!?

The community can only suggest ways to diagnose, and the post above is the official way to do it, but from what you say it sounds like either the tube or power supply has failed. Contact support ASAP.
