stuck at start up and cleaned all lens as well as reset wifi connection. Just checking if anyone had success with support once all steps were performed and GF is still stuck at centering.

After everything else has been checked the problem is usually getting your black cable replaced. You can do it yourself but replacing mine was the trickiest thing I have done in years and it is fragile enough that you can damage it again while installing.
When support gets back to you they will close this thread as you have opened a duplicate ticket, But only they can make sure if the cable is the problem.
