I have re-booted@ least 20 times, thoroughly cleaned every lens and mirror,also restarted my computer several times

Have you tried - with the machine off - cleaning the top of the printhead and then moving it directly under the lid camera? Then turn it on.

Other things it can be, off the top of my head:

  • Unstable wifi
  • bright light shining into the machine
  • the material you’re cutting is reflective and interfering with focus
  • top of printhead needs cleaning (as @dklgood alluded to)
