Our Glowforge is almost a year and a half old. Today after doing a couple of engraves the laser suddenly quit working. The laser head was moving left to right but not engraving. We shut it down and tried a different material and and again the laser head was loving left to right but not marking on the leather patch and the countdown on the display wasn’t counting down. Any suggestions or help is appreciated.
